Which transfer should you book from Marrakech Airport to your riad?

Updated October 10, 2026 · 5 min read

Car waiting outside the ochre terminal at Marrakech Menara Airport

For most travellers, choose the 20-minute private transfer to or from RAK Menara Airport. It has the most reviews, the highest rating here and a per-person price. Couples and small groups should compare it with the transfer priced per group of up to four: once several passengers share the booking, that structure may be better value. The 30-minute option has the lowest individual starting price but far fewer reviews. Inside the medina, “hotel drop-off” does not necessarily mean the door of a riad in a vehicle-free lane, so confirm the accessible meeting point.

Per passenger or per vehicle?

The first and third offers display per-person prices. The second is priced per group of up to four, changing the calculation completely: do not multiply its displayed price by every passenger. Conversely, confirm the luggage allowance for the selected vehicle. Four available seats do not prove that four large suitcases will fit alongside them.

Arrival, departure and the riad address

All three offers cover a journey to or from the airport. Enter the correct direction and flight details, then reread the pickup time for a departure booking. In pedestrian lanes, a driver may use the closest accessible point. Ask for its name and location before landing, especially after a late flight when you do not want to search with luggage.

When a private transfer is poor value

You mainly pay for an agreed time and meeting point. It is less worthwhile when accommodation already includes collection or your arrival is flexible. A dearer listing does not automatically buy door delivery because road access, not package wording, sets the practical limit.

Our recommendation

Book the 20-minute private RAK Menara transfer for the simplest decision and strongest rating. For three or four people, check the final group-option total first; comparing final totals is the only fair way to choose.
